Greetings!

I have been in technical and leadership roles for nearly 25 years now.  Starting in UNIX and network engineering early on, it became clear to me that while I had passion and talent for raw technology, solving problems and working with human dynamics was where I delivered the most impact and had the most fun. My first serious technical management role was taking our company through Y2K as the leader of a UNIX hardware team. Since then, I have focused on tricky and complicated roles, thriving when faced with a challenge.

At Radost, I am focusing on strategy, problem-solving, people and team dynamics, and project and portfolio delivery.  These are the things I love - which seems like a great way to spend my time.
